Renters Information

Welcome to A.C.E.S. (Aviation Career Education & Services)! We’re very glad that you chose us for your aircraft rental needs.

We have a large selection of aircraft in our inventory that includes trainers like the iconic Cessna Skyhawk 172 and Piper Cherokee 140. The trainers are available to rent to non-student customers, however, they are not allowed for long cross country/overnight trips. In addition, we also have aircraft for family overnight trips such as the Piper Cherokee 6-300 and the Piper Aztec.

 Items to bring:

● Government issued photo ID

● Pilot Certificate

● Logbook to confirm most recent flight review and endorsements.

● Medical

● Insurance Binder (must include coverage dates and minimum 5K hull damage coverage)

Be Sure To:

● Read the renters agreement in it’s entirety. The renters agreement is intended to explain the rules and requirements to rent from A.C.E.S. You will not be able to rent any aircraft without this signed document on file.

● Call before traveling to the airport in order to confirm weather or maintenance hasn’t created a change to the schedule.

● Comply with all of the instructions and directions from your checkout flight instructor.

● Ask question. As the saying goes “There’s no such thing as a dumb question” We don’t want to have to penalize anyone for not knowing or understanding the rules and requirements.

Payment Methods: (Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Credit Card)

● Payment is expected upon completion of your flight. If you request an invoice and/or receipt, your checkout flight instructor will be happy to provide one to you.

● There is no extra charge for Cash, Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo. If you’d like to pay with your credit card there will be a 3.5% processing fee added to your bill
